Vonspeeders 🧨~ Just got off a call with Hello Moon and here’s the report. Our validator is online and ready. The issue remains that the network as a whole is still foggy and transactions are being reverted. It’s been ready for days but without a clear network it simply loses its functionality. I know there’s been more delays than anyone cares to hear about anymore but as I always say, some of this is simply out of our control. We dumped from 1mil because of the market, nothing more. Vonspeed is here to stay and at some point the network congestion will clear and the market will bounce. Have to hang tight in the short term. The game is being worked on and I am fully with you that it’s unacceptable how long this has taken. Things may seem bleak but it’s nothing more then backend issues. Alex is still with us for all of those that have been asking. He and Andrea have been extremely sick and I can hear it in his voice when we speak weekly. Zhao Case Breakdown A court hearing has been scheduled for April 30 to determine the punishment for Changpeng Zhao, the founder and former CEO of Binance. After pleading guilty to violating the Bank Secrecy Act, Zhao agreed to pay a $50 million fine and resign as CEO, doing so under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice. The settlement included a $4.3 billion payment for the exchange itself. The judge could give him between 12 and 18 months in prison, given mitigating circumstances. While Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of FTX, was sentenced to 25 years in prison, experts point out the differences between their cases. Joe Biden's former director of administration, Mo Vela, said that while the charges may vary, they speak to the authorities' determination not to tolerate crime in the crypto industry.
